This is a visual depiction of the rooms available for a reservation's date range. It starts on the booking's arrival date and ends on the departure date. The Room reserved for the guest shows up in blue and rooms reserved for other guests show up with the guests name listed. Available rooms show up in grey Rooms are listed on the left by number and room type and are color coded Yellow for dirty and Blue for clean. A guest can only be moved to a different room within the same type and date range on the room assignment screen. If the guest wishes to change room type or change their length of stay it must be done from the Edit tab of the booking. Any modifications to the room assignment require clicking the Save Room Assignment button. |
