Rate Plan Fields- X Number of Guests Included – Defines how many guests are included in the base cost of a per person rate. Does not differentiate between adults/children/infants.
- First x Guests – This would be the base rate the included number of guests (Per person Rate) or for the rate (Flat Rate).
- Extra Adult – The amount you will charge for additional adults .
- Children – The amount you charge per additional child.
- Infants – The amount you charge per additional infant.
NOTE: The 'save' box on the left determines if values for those fields are modified during the save process. It is enabled for all fields by default and should only be unchecked if you do not wish to modify a specific field. Tip: Clicking the 'Fill' box will make all entries for that row the same as the first entry. This can be a real time saver. See the next section for details on Restrictions.
