Booking Message Every booking generated online - either from your web site, a Network partner, or BookingCenter.com - generates a Booking Confirmation Email Message which is mostly written by you and is automatically delivered to your guest by email. To set up this email message:
? Choose Parameters from the BookingCenter menu or ? + U and choose the Messages button.
? Click Edit.
? Create messages for the following:
• Booking Message
Tip ! While the Booking Message is the only mandatory Message you create, it is recommended that you completely fill in the other
applicable messages that follow.
A sample booking message sent to your customers would then appear as:
